  I was shopping online and just called with questions about my parts and he guided me and made sure I was good to go we were on the phone for a long time and he had amazing patience and professionalism his name was Beto highly recommend this employee

  Julio Hernández from Auto Zone should be given kudos and compliments!!!! My truck just lost a bulb for the signal light I had the O reallly store close by so I went there I had my two daughters stuck to me. And the manager of oreilly came to yell and scream and order her not to see the labels. He had like 6 employees none of them helped me try to find the bulb and what I need it to install it. He only cared about yelling and giving orders to a 6 year old not to sell me and help me find my truck needs. Of course I told him no one talks like that to my daughter. You have a problem talk to me the adult not the little adorable 6 year old who believes in unicorns. he said well you should be looking after them. How dare you say that. I kept them close to me the three of us kept looking for what we needed when we didn't even know what we needed and all employees laughing and talking and helping other men but me cause we are girls right! So I left I told him to never ever talk like that to other people's kids to worry about his employees helping the customers but of course since I am a girl he disregarded me and the employee lied and said I heard the conversation and he didn't I am like he just told directly to my daughter to even come and see the labels so I guess labels are more important than humans right! This are kids they explore the world. He just didn't like girls in the store cause no one helped me I left letting him know my babies are my treasure cause I lost two and to be kind to others you never know what the my are going thru! Very mad because it was the manager that even made hand signs of ah whatever. Just over la el and the treating me like less than a human. So I left to Auto Zone which was not far thanks be to God! before I got a fine or something. I met Julio one of the employees from autozone whom all there are awesome at helping and they don't discriminate against women or yell at you. Totally opposite to the oreilly in Del rio blvd. Julio I Hope your supervisor knows what an excellent employee you are. I am new in town again; I would highly recommend AutoZone 2425 Del Rio Blvd store! They have the best employees and very professional, knowledgeable and help you the instant you get thru that door! Kudos to Julio and his Supervisor for hiring him and helping mamas like me disabled. Thanks A Lot! Being kind doesn't cost a dime! Be nice to people! Thanks Julio from Autozone My Husband also says Thanks a lot for helping me with that bulb so I would not get a fine we can't afford with my disability and his health issues. Thanks so so much what a difference in service from oreilly to AutoZone that is my store from now on. Julio saved the Day for me and my little girls!
