They told me I needed new brake pads for the back but I had already got an inspection else where and I was told I had 50% I told them this and they said “yes apparently you do” left there with a check engine light on. I made employee aware and they said there not sure why but it would be a long wait to check it. I didn’t trust to even leave my truck another minute there. I got a hold of Tyler at the G.P. Location whom was the manager, told me to take it by to him. Apparently they didn’t close the brake circuit properly and caused my engine light to turn on

From the time I walked in the door yesterday to today’s scheduled appointment, my experience has been pleasant. The first thing I noticed when walking in the building was how clean it was. Emeka was the very first associate that I met. He met me with such professionalism and patience. He was honest to let me know the wait that I would have, and offered to schedule me first thing in the morning. Upon my schedule appointment, manager Scott was very friendly. During the appointment he walked me through the process of my car maintenance issues, letting me know the concerns and made recommendations. Even the mechanic that worked on my car was very professional, friendly, and diligent in explaining the issues that I have been having with my car. Another thing that stood out to me was how clean every mechanic was. Most mechanic shops that I’ve visited, the mechanics are wearing dirty uniforms as if they didn’t wash them from the previous day. The whole team were clean from head to toe, well groomed, and all very friendly and professional. And being that it was 8:00am on a Saturday morning says a lot. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience here at Brakes Plus. I will definitely continue to patronize them and recommend them to others. Travis got my car in for big job and found a discount that helped bring original quote down by about $300, he also did a free tire rotation on my wife’s van for free on the spot which we were meaning to get done for a few weeks but hadn’t had time. I’ve used this location several times and don’t plan to go looking anywhere else!
