As someone who doesn’t know much about cars; he explained to me the problems and solutions. All in all I will be going back whenever I need servicing done!

- EOEdgar OrtizMar 5, 20261.0Went to get my battery replaced under warranty was told I have to do it at the shop i got the battery from, after I called the shop I got it from they said any shop can replace it as long as battery is under warranty, advised the guy of that he said he is new and doesn't know how to do it. He said if his manager was in he could, I asked if he can call his manager he said the managers phone is off and unreachable, finally just had to go to another location.

They got me in and out faster than I expected, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was excellent — professional, courteous, and clear about what was needed. I never felt pressured, and they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My only suggestion would be for a more detailed cleaning of the restroom, especially since there is only one shared by both men and women. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely return and recommend this location to others!
