  My water pump went out at 5 pm on a Saturday as I was passing thru town. All mechanics were closed but the Mgr Melana was able to locate someone to fix my issue immediately and professionally. Her dedication saved me 2 days in a hotel and multiple missed deadlines. Thank you so much, Melania. Unfortunately, service of this level is few and far between these days.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I came in with a flat tire and was pretty stressed, but Cameron and Miguel immediately made me feel at ease. They were both very friendly, professional, and quick to jump in and help. It’s relief to find people who are not only great at their job but also genuinely kind. Huge thank you to Cameron and Miguel — I highly recommend this store for all your car care needs!

  Malena and Miguel work here, and they will do everything humanly possible to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that your vehicle is in top running condition. For example, Gary at Auto zone in Dumas helped me order a headlight kit for my 2018 Nissan Altima. When the kit came in, Miguel and Malena installed it for me. It was Malena's day off, but she happened to come to the store, saw Miguel working on my headlight and stopped and helped. They tested my lights and blinkers over and over to make sure they operated perfectly. Miguel and Malena stayed with me until my car looked brand new as if I had never rear ended someone and broke the head light. I believe you will be very pleased with your decision to shop at Auto Zone in Dumas, TX.
