  Quick Quack is our go to when in South Texas! To us it is far superior to the other brands in the RGV. Price is good and service is great! Thanks to Ricky and crew for all they do.

  I have been going to this car wash and have had a membership since they opened. Although this last time I went on 1/15/2026, their car wash DAMAGED my vehicle, on the roof. They were nice at the start and referred me to make a claim and get an estimate for fixing it, which I did and even spoke to their customer service and confirmed the process. NOW, a manager name Jonathan said they would just deny the claim on their side, saying that I brought my vehicle damaged already! They showed me video recording of my vehicle entering the car wash and it didn't show damage at all, BUT when it came out, you can SEE where the car wash DAMAGED my vehicle in the same video recording!! The manager obviously ignored that when showing me the video, then started saying I probably damaged my vehicle from December going to January, since I go there every month with my membership. OH, but the video for December isn't available or they won't show it. So now with the video they literally showed me today (2/27/2026 with manager Jonathan), showing my vehicle going into their car wash with NO damage and exiting the car wash WITH DAMAGE, manager Jonathan said he would just reject the claim! After saying he would just reject the claim, face to face, started making up fake scenarios and fake claims, saying I probably damaged my own vehicle!!! I have been only going to this car wash with my vehicle, that I bought myself brand new, with the work that I did myself. I keep it clean, I don't allow any food or drink inside of it, and only take it to the dealership to get serviced, now has damage for the very first time because of this car wash I had trusted. Never thought I'd have to worry about which car wash to take my vehicle to in the past, thought they were pretty safe, thinking a car wash made for caring for vehicles wouldn't damage my vehicle, but I have been proven wrong. Apparently, this car wash has a history of damage to vehicles, according to other Google reviews. Wish I saw these reviews before my vehicle got damaged going into this car wash.
