The problem I encountered that got me upset when I spoke to Melony was that I explained to her that I had called 7x prior 10 days to cancel my subscription but the phones were not working. I went to car wash same day and they keyed in my license plate and assured me it's been canceled. Melony told she couldn't give me a refund cuz their was no record of me attempting to call to cancel (phones weren't working) and that they don't cancel subscription @ the store. It's unfair that quick quack car wash will find all the tricks to force you to keep your subscription in a malicious way. I will post on all social media. NOT HAPPY!!
