Awesome customer service! Young man named Saul helped run a diagnostic scan on my car and gave me the part i needed and explained how it functioned, it resolved my problem and i no longer have an engine light or malfunction.

I’m a commercial account authorized user and This evening at approx 5 pm Had a very unprofessional experience with commercial Sales manager Nancy, my issue is a 20 dollar part that was never picked up due to being in a different store I forgot about it and 3 or 4 days later I went to pick it up at said store and they didn’t have it on hold for me that they couldn’t find it so I forgot about it again and went to original store about a month later for my money back and she was very aggressive and disrespectful that she couldn’t give me my money back because I didn’t have they part to give it back and, I’m like you don’t make any sense if I never pick up the part originally and I told her I don’t under stand you, I’ve never picked up the part originally and that’s where she challenged and asked if I’m authorized to use they account and I said yes so she proceeds to retaliate and call account holder number and she explains the same issue to account holder even though I made the purchase
And account holder told her the same that why don’t you give money back if she agreed part was never picked up in the first place after call with account holder I asked what do account holder say and she was very rude and kept being disrespectful and loud, prior to this I have never had an issue with any purchases. the lack of her knowledge and matter of professionalism is inexcusable she raised her voice for no reason to try and get what she wants because she’s in a manager position doesn’t mean you can take advantage I ended up getting my money back and I was respectful the whole time i just wanted to share my experience as a paying customer.

Went for warranty on my front break pads and they had pads in stock so I exchanged them with no problem staff are great I highly recommend them.
