- CCC2 days ago1.0They did not have our vehicle. We needed a 7 passenger van and reserved it days prior. Day of, we show up and all they have is a 6 passenger truck. We are supposed to put our luggage in the back of the truck and share seat belts? They said they called and left a message. 0 messages on my phone and they had the correct number. Horrible service. Save your time and money, go to another company.

He’s the only reason I keep coming back. The manager lady, was extremely rude and doesn’t need to be around people, much less in the position she is in. Toni is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. He really makes the entire place feel like a good old fashioned family reunion with all customers. Definitely need to keep him as long as you possibly can!! Thank you so much for always being you and helping me out!

I had coordinated and confirmed the pickup appointment, from the repair shop to thethe prior week. Despite this, I received a call the morning of, threatening to cancel my reservation. Although I was eventually picked up and taken to the office, my rental vehicle still wasn't ready. Office personnel were friendly and courteous.

The whole process from pick up, to drop off, a long with an easy online extension of rental was an easy process! Also, the staff was very friendly at the Dickinson pick up/drop off site.
