  Had a great wash on my car and the shop was very clean! The detail the did to scrub my car was amazing. Shout out to Mrs.P and Mike for giving us some welcoming service.

  I went on a Friday afternoon. I was having trouble with my membership tag scanning. Ms. P & the other attendant were so friendly, patient, & helpful! They were able to figure out what the issue was and were able to get me on my way in about 5-10 minutes. The detail area was nice and clean too! If you don’t have a membership, make sure to come by and get one before prices start going up.

  Miss P was amazing!!!! I just happened to go to this place randomly, she greeted me with a huge smile. I went for a single wash but because of her customer service I ended up signing up for the membership!!!!! She Deserves a promotion and a raise!

  Everytime I stop by the DeSoto car wash here recently I've gotten great experience I love to see Mrs p Mike and Marissa out there really working as a team. But what bothers me is that from time to time I see them getting cussed at and I sit and wonder sometimes how they deal with it. Well hats off to Mrs p again I can tell by her string leadership we have a good and trustworthy team now . And for that reason I'll continue to come .

  If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. On October 4th the car wash broke my driver’s side mirror on my BRAND NEW 2025 Honda Civic. This is $800+ to fix. The day I went through the apparently the machine broke me and another woman’s mirror back to back. I filed a report immediately and obtained a quote from Honda the same day. Filed ANOTHER report a month later. I have since been up to office over 10 times, been sent to the Cedar Hill location and have called corporate. NOTHING has been done to resolve my BROKEN mirror. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Update as of 2/26/26: THE COMPANY HAS REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE VIDEO OR INSURANCE INFORMATION SO THAT I CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH GETTING THE DAMAGES FIXED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPLESS. WAITED OVER 45 MINUTES TO GET THE RUN AROUND AGAIN. ALL OF THE HIRE UPS APPARENTLY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN SPEAK WITH THEM DIRECTLY TO GET ISSUES HANDLED. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. I WILL BE MOVING FORWARD WITH LEGAL. THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR MONEY OR PROPERTY.
