  Great customer service! Pablo earned my trust back in Aug when he said I could still get some miles left on my brake pads. He came back in April to replace. On time, communicative. He had quality replacement parts. Worked quickly but also cared about end result! Highly recommended

  There's no way my experience could've been better as my invoice totaled a zero balance! My Tech, Jiovanni arrived promptly and displayed great courtesy, kindness and professionalism. The issue that I was having was a " brake wear" dash warning message. After inspecting everything, he called me over to see that the issue was that my wire to the sensor was damaged, causing this warning to be triggered. My pads and rotors were still at approximately 90%. You can't put a price tag on such honesty and integrity, especially in the auto service business/industry. NuBrakes will definitely be my brake service choice and recommendation for as long as I am living in a geographical area where they provide repair and maintenance service!
