  Kyle and Victor were extremely helpful with helping me with my flat tire, and their recommendations with what I should do about it! Didn't try to upsell me or sell me short but was very down to earth with the transaction! Would definitely go back.

  We were traveling, and were 2 hours from home with a flat tire. Mavis was the closest tire shop to us, I called the number and Victor answered- he said he would be happy to help us even though it was an about a hour before they closed. Victor told us not to worry and that he was willing to stay extra to help us get home. Victor and his team was extremely kind to us and did an amazing job taking care of us ! Thank you Victor for your kindness ! We truly received a 5 star experience, we would recommend Victor and his shop without hesitation.

  On a turn around trip from OKC, we noticed a tire looked incredibly low. Found this on the Google search “tire shop near me”. They quickly checked the pressure and added air, then water. They said pull around here and we’re going to take it off and check it. They found the issue and replaced the valve stem and got us right back on the road. They were super friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help and like they enjoy their jobs!

  Had a really good experience at Mavis yesterday. I came in pretty overwhelmed dealing with brake issues, but Victor was super kind and patient with me. He explained everything clearly and was straight up about what actually needed to be done (which I really appreciated). They got everything done quickly and even got my car in and out the same day, which made everything so much less stressful. Definitely recommend if you want honest, helpful service.

  Had a check engine light come on. Was able to get my 2006 Infinity FX35 in the same day. Took it in and this fine young gentlemen named Kyle helped me. Took my car in right away. He helped me through the whole process. From figuring out what the issue was, which was a faulty catalytic converter, pricing, ordering all the parts and having them installed. All and all it was a great experience. That you very much Kyle and all the great employees at Mavis.
