  Had a reservation at 8:00 the confirmation was done, when we where there they simply mentioned that we were in 15th of the list and it would be around 3:00pm to get the car. I dont understand the purpose of booking a rental car, where i wasnt even informed about all this.

  Needed a last minute rental. Made the reservation and got confirmation. Came to pick it up and they have no vehicles available. Wouldn’t check other locations. Said they told corporate about the issue and that was the end of the conversation. Have rented from them before without issue, not a great experience this time. Tried calling other locations and got a call center that was outsourced. She didn’t listen, put me on hold in the middle of my sentence, and then transferred me to the wrong location. That location transferred me and I sat on hold and then someone answered and hung up on me.

  The staff here is awesome! I rent cars regularly for work and these folks always take such good care of me. There’s hardly ever a wait time, the team is friendly and professional, and the cars are always clean and well taking care of. If you’re renting cars in Denton, this is the place to go!

  The car I received was a 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid. I really enjoyed driving this car and it was nice. But had dust and dirt everywhere inside when I picked it up. No windshield washer fluid, so I had to add some myself with my own money. Very busy and only two people upfront helping customers. The employee was very nice and helpful explaining things. I simply think more employees would help to make the cars “ready to go” and help the customers get what they paid for.

  I had a very difficult time finding a rental car agency that would pick me up after the only car I had was totaled in a car accident by my wife after making several reservations with other rental car companies I spoke with Brendan and he was able to make an exception since I was a couple miles beyond the distance for pick up. He made the reservation for the perfect car. He sent a driver, very polite gentleman named Eric who was prompt and professional, as well as courteous and once I got there, I saw Brendan and thanked him and then Taviee Took me out to the car. I walked around it and gave me the keys. Help me brief through the waivers so I can get on my way. I really appreciate these guys. This team is an excellent team and if they were more like that at the other rental places, I wouldn’t have to come here, but because I did and I found them I will be using enterprise and specifically this location all I can thank you guys so much for helping out during your stressful time for me. It was greatly appreciated.
