  Today I took my car to get an oil change at Valvoline Rusty The manager. Zoe and Matthew helped me with my vehicle. For some reason, the Groupon was giving me an issues and Instead of just saying they couldn’t. They worked through it Found the solution and were able to give me my credit for the Groupon I paid for which meant everything thank you so much babbling and thank you so much Miss Rusty for helping me today.

  I had a great experience at Instant Valvoline for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and very convenient. Rusty, Mathew, and Mary were all extremely friendly and made sure everything was done properly. They explained the process clearly and checked everything thoroughly. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude. The whole team made the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you want fast and reliable service!

  Sergio went out of his way to speak quietly with me when he noticed my husband was on a call on the passenger seat. The rest of the crew did their job well and efficiently. Will happily come.bacl for future services.

  Service was fast and convenient. However I was informed by the team that my left rear blinker and top brake light were out. I left there went to O'Reilly's and purchased the blinker bulbs to find out that neither one of these lights were actually out I don't know if they were maybe trying to Swindle me and get me to buy the bulbs from them when they were not even needed. Also they tried to get me to pay for a transmission flush which I just had done two months ago at a Valvoline location and spent over $200 getting it done I do not trust this establishment and we'll probably never be back.

  Excellent communication and service!! Was directed right into bay upon pulling into parking lot. I was met by Mary with a pleasant smile and voice asking what services I would like today. I was then approached Rusty advising me a of a survey! Sergio came to my door and asked politely if he could open the door to hook up equipment . All staff very professional and pleasant!!! I went to the Argyle location prior to coming to this location and left Argyle due to the attitudes of employees, sitting and waiting for 15 min before I finally got out of my car to find out why the wait. Only ONE customer there in bay getting a service done. NO other customers. I counted 4 employees and not one came out to explain to me any delay. The delivery truck pulled in after I parked and after waiting I went to employee and asked why the wait? I was told cause of the delivery truck…Had this been communicated would have been appreciated…When I pulled in to get my service I waited there for a couple of min before anyone approached me. I asked if they did emissions testing and was told yes and I need your insurance. I gave that and was then told “park over there”. That was the only contact/conversation until I went inside the bay asking what was the delay.
