We took my wife’s pickup through Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Denton, and it came out with scratches all over the driver’s door. We’ve made multiple attempts over the past three weeks to contact the general manager, Adam Nowicki. Each time, we were promised a return call and resolution—but those calls never came. We even went back in person, where staff took photos and again assured us someone would follow up. Still nothing. To be sure, we had the truck inspected by a body shop, and they confirmed the damage was consistent with what can happen in a drive-through car wash. They also mentioned they’ve seen similar cases before. The repair estimate came out to around $2,000, which we shared—but it has been completely ignored. I’ve never been a fan of drive-through car washes for this exact reason, and unfortunately this experience confirmed why. My wife wasn’t aware this could happen, and now we’re left dealing with the damage on our own. At this point, we’ve been given no choice but to warn others. We will not be returning, and based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend this location.

My car was never really clean, the running boards were dirty right after going through the wash even when I went through twice in a row. I had the membership package which I thought included tire shine, but they never were shined. The wash bent my license plate everytime I went through. This last time I went through it bent it terribly, so I decided to cancel my membership.
