  Canceled my membership last month. Was told to scan a QR code and corporate would send a confirmation. It never came. They told me it takes time. This morning I was charged $42 when the HIGHEST package is $30. Of course you can’t get anyone on the phone. The trash cans are always overflowing with trash, car wash doesn’t even completely clean the car, vacuums don’t work worth a damn and that’s when all the hoses are connected and they close 2 hours earlier than all the other car washes in the area.

  This place signs you up for memberships using your debit card or credit card number and wont tell you, there is fraudulent activity happening at this location and I have reported it to the BBB and my bank for fraud. You people should be ashamed trying to take money from unsuspecting people. Youre lucky I locked my card to prevent your charge from going through. I haven't used this car wash is over 6 months yet I have a charge for a monthly membership. This needs to be fixed immediately Edit: they have officially canceled my non consensual membership. Please take steps to prevent this in the future with your employees, they should not have this kind of access to sign someone up without their knowledge

  Shittiest customer service in the world. I've been trying to cancel my membership and it is impossible to talk to a live person. And the links they send you when you deal with their automated system do not work. I recommend you avoid this company and absolutely do not sign up for a membership.

  this car wash will not stop getting my service. christian helped me and he didn’t even know what type of day i had. i spent all day stressed about personal factors, car was towed and pretty much went broke getting it out, just a lot was going on. christian was there and he made sure my car wash experience was stress free. jesus definitely shined through him that day for me and he was great, thank you!
