    The young lady that was directing me onto the tire ramp directed me wrong. I don't know What happened except for the fact that I was on my rim before I could even pull out of the parking lot and discount tire said that it ripped my Val completely off from directing me wrong onto the ramp. There was no manager there at 8:18am on a Tuesday morning which is ridiculous! I left my number for him to call when he gets there but it's 10am and still no call.

    This Take five location on university did a lot of damage to my vehicle scratch the fenders and bumpers up on the front and back and have not taken responsibility for it. We did the paperwork for their insurance. They said they were gonna turn in. They took photos. I took photos. I turned into my insurance and they’re denying responsibility which I’ve looked at other reviews And talked to other customers that were there and had the same issue with their machine, scratching it up their vehicle.

    I came by a week ago and the wash was closed during business hours. I just left a few minutes ago and it was, again, closed during business hours. The vacuums are so bad I go pay extra at Buccees to use theirs, so not being able to wash my car makes $22/month pretty insane.

    I took my car for a wash in sept. When I was detailing my car, I noticed my car was scratched. I immediately called an employee (Johnny)and showed the scratches on my car he asked me to submit an online inquiry to customer service. I did and got a call back after almost 2 weeks. Their customer service dept said I needed to file a report at the carwash site and I advised I did get their employees attention and they advised I submit a ticket online and their employee did not know what to do so I had to go back and file on site. The second time, the employee seemed annoyed asking me why I am coming in 2 weeks later. I told him I did the day of incident it was scratched and I have been getting the run around since. The employee Chris told me straight up I was wasting my time filing the report and nothing would come of it. Its now November and no one has called me back and I have submitted 3 customer service tickets online. Customer service is bad and so is their carwash equipment. Their solution was a free car wash, but I wouldnt run my car through there again! Not even free!!

    I found out last month that I've been charged for 2 memberships. Turns out an employee signed up a 2nd membership for us using a fake phone number and email address so we got no notice of it. An employee confirmed the membership has been active for a year and has only been used once. We remember a pushy salesman trying to get us to sign up for an account for my wife, which we declined. He probably decided to sign us up anyway with bogus information. No one at corporate answers the phone and all you can do is send am email that they never respond to. I still haven't received a call back or email back. Tried calling multiple times, sent multiple emails, and stopped by a location who told me to call corporate even though he's aware they never respond.
