Worst experience I've ever had at a car wash, and it was entirely because of one employee. From the moment I pulled up, the employee I interacted with
a female with short red hair, average height, and a heavier build-was rude, dismissive, and acted as if I was an inconvenience for simply being there.
There was no greeting, no explanation-just attitude. When I asked a simple question about the service, I was spoken to in a condescending and disrespectful way.
Management seriously needs to step in and address the behavior of certain employees. This interaction was extremely unprofessional from start to finish and shows a lack of either customer service training or accountability. No customer should be treated this way. This situation could have been handled very differently if management had been present or involved.
That being said, I do want to thank the African American gentleman who stepped in to help me and apologized for the inconvenience. He showed great customer service, was respectful, and handled the situation professionally. If it weren't for him, this experience would have been even worse.
Matthew not only went above and beyond his duties, he was kind enough to give my son his Dallas Mavericks jersey that he happened to be carrying into work that day apparently was going to the game. That kind hearted young employee made my sons day and I will always be a take 5 customer for life! Thank you Matthew. And thank you take 5 for always taking care of my vehicle! I highly recommend this company!
paid for a 'triple wash'. The top of my car is virtually untouched, you can legit run your finger across it and pick up dust. Left scratches on my left side door panel. Only reason it isnt a 1 star is the windows got cleaned. That's it though, I basically paid for a free gas station stick on my windows and some scratches...

Went and got the car washed, then looked at the car at the vacuums and noticed it didn’t was the entire back of the car. Waste of money and the lady didn’t want to even be there could not even manage a smile during the holidays. Then I tried to cancel the membership I just purchased and they can’t manage to do that unless they get all my card details. Tried to call it says they will send a link no person or anything. Avoid at all cost waste of time and money.

Not good customer service at all. The original person that was supposed to sign me up for a membership never did but charged me for a single car wash. The receptionist at the car wash refused to help me; I had a sticker on my windshield from setting up the membership. He said that all he could do was charge me again for the membership and then get me started. I showed on my bank statement because he also didn’t believe me that I had already been charged; but still refused to help me. I didn’t just get one of there window stickers for no reason! Just very disrespectful staff member and guess I will go to another car wash.
