My cars battery died twice now in two days and the customer service is hard to get ahold of and when I did they were very rude I wanted to know why money is coming out of my account that I did not authorize. I just want to pay what I was told I would pay and no more then that. I'm very unhappy with Trina for lieing to me about costs. I need someone to contact me as to what's going on and why.
