After making my reservation online it took no longer than 15-20 minutes to verify my information and check out the vehicle to note damage or anything on the vehicle before I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and even more convenient/accommodating because I returned the vehicle to a different location after notifying the original return location that I was dropping the vehicle off at a different location. The best part other than the ease/return of the vehicle was that my rental deposit was returned in a timely manner (within 48 hours).

Enterprise did not have a vehicle for me at pick-up but Journey went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed, and I was able to do my trip. I will use Enterprise again specifically because of Journey and other Enterprise employees like her. Often, I've encountered the issue of rental companies not having vehicles available at pick-up; this seems to be an issue whether it's Hertz, Avis, Budget, or Enterprise. And most of the time, I'm used to rental companies being unapologetic when they don't have a rental at pick-up and it was specifically Journey who made this experience different. Thank you, Journey!
