We were told one price over the phone and another price when we arrived less than an hour later. They charged us for an extra day even though the car wasn't even there 24 hours and had not yet reached the threshold to be charged an additional day. Immoral, but I guess that comes with the territory. You don't get into this field because you're a good person, it's more of a last resort option
