  I needed a light bulb replaced on short notice. With that, I was prepared to wait. Upon arrival at 12pm store leader, Ms/Mrs. Cayla, informed me that the job could be done. However, she cautioned that the wait time might be longer than expected. No problem I said, because I need help. With my coffe in hand I was prepared to be waiting for hours. What a suprise, when Ms./Mrs. Cayla told me my car was ready in less than 30 minutes. I give thanks to this team for the great price, services and help in a time of need!!!!

  Aaron at Brakes Plus (Loop 288 in Denton) was outstanding. I showed up early and he opened the doors before they were officially open just to get me taken care of. Set me up with a free Lyft so I didn’t have to sit around waiting. Fair pricing, quick turnaround, no nonsense. Great service all around. Highly recommend.

  They had others that needed to go before me. They gave me a lift back to my house and a couple hours later back to the shop. It was all done. Great service from Aaron and Cam and the team.

  I’ve been coming here for over a year now and the service is great.. They give you updates as well whenever your service is complete with recommendations on future repairs of other parts of the vehicle.. not pushy or too selling either.. They also show you graphics if you want a better idea of what they are trying to recommend… I highly advise anyone who needs service to come to this location! Cayla, the service advisor, was a great help too.
