Jeremy was the absolute best Service Advisor I have ever come into contact with 🎉🎉🎉 He was very thorough, supportive, quick and understanding! I had 2 vehicles serviced on the same day and he was welcoming and polite throughout the entire visit. He helped me find the best deals for my services and he now has a customer in me forever! - SMSusan M6 days ago1.0We took my daughters car in October and it needed a catalytic converter. We paid over 1500 and same day tbe car was picked up.....it had the same issues...when my daughter took it back he was told they accidentally put in the wrong one and they changed it to the correct one. 3 days later...same issue. We took the car to our mechanic and was told it has the wrong catalytic converter. We took it back to brakes plus again and they fixed it. Now today a month later, my daughters car stalled on the highway. She was towed to a different brakes plus...the 1st thing they said is it has the wrong catalytic converter...an off market catalytic converter and now issues with spark plugs.....we called the other this original brakesplus and Aaron said they put the correct one. This is the worst brakes plus. Now we are needing to come out of pocket with over 2500 because of issues brakesplus I. Denton caused. Unfortunately...I will have to escalate this further

Very honest and gave me a clear understanding of their process and the Free Check. Once inspected was told my car (Land Rover) needed less work than expected and was give a Great Price what it did need!! Would highly recommend Brakes Plus!
- JJjtillmon1Nov 12, 20251.0They placed 100 rotors on a BMW and when the started to squeak they tired to tell me it’s not the breaks it’s my struts and tried to charge me 2400 to replace. The lady manager was extremely rude and became combative and tried to tell me what was done to my vehicle when she was hired after the install. I would never go back especially after I made them put the correct brakes I haven’t heard my breaks. It’s amazing how a car works when you put the correct parts on it.
- ZLZachary LippelNov 11, 20255.0I went to this location over a month ago to get all new brake pads plus rotors smoothed out on my 4Runner. It was an extremely easy, quick, and pleasant experience. I waited a month and about 3,000 miles to make sure nothing came up before writing this review. Since the day I got my 4Runner brakes done I have not had a single issue at all. I would recommend this place for affordable brakes and great communion/customer service. Special thank you to Jenn and Dakota for making the experience described above happen.
