  Sharing my experience to warn others. This situation felt like a sneaky partnership between Brake Plus and Discount Tire. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes (arrived at 2:30 PM, left at 4:45 PM). I was quoted $300+ for wheel studs plus other “issues” they said were wrong with my vehicle. When I was getting ready to leave and I asked for the referral paper from Discount Tire I provided they refused to provide it claiming they needed it for "discount purposes". To note that after I clarified that Discount Tire was not paying and the cost was coming out of my pocket, the price dropped to $120. I’m not making accusations, but as a minority woman who doesn’t know much about cars, this experience felt uncomfortable and not transparent. BE AWARE!!!!

  An absolutely amazing experience during the holiday season. I needed new brake pads & rotors on my old rusty p.o.s. pickup truck & discussed my financial situation with Dustin (MVP). We had everything pre-planned to keep everything in my budget & dropped it off at 9am for a 3 hour job. He called me a few hours later to tell me that my lines & hoses were corroded & falling apart in his hands, among other safety issues that needed to be addressed. And at NO EXTRA COST, he & the crew went above & beyond to fix everything & had me back on the road by closing time. A simple repair turned into an absolute nightmare for them, but kept my mind at ease assuring me it wouldn’t break the bank. Whether it was the holiday season putting them in a giving mood, or pure integrity, they kept true to their word & I simply cannot thank them enough. By far the best Christmas gift I’ve ever gotten. This is my go-to place for as long as I’m living around here. Thanks Dustin!

  Tim, I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the exceptional service I received from several of your employees. First, I spoke with Dustin on Friday when I called looking for a new place to get my brakes done after my previous shop lost their mechanic. He asked if I'd called before, and when I said no, he was incredibly positive and welcoming. We initially scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, but his great personality actually motivated me to come in sooner and I ended up arriving that same Friday. When I got there, Anthony checked me in and let me know they were very busy. He recommended I come back the next morning at 7:50 to ensure I'd be taken care of early. I showed up at that time, and Anthony was there waiting, friendly and extremely helpful. He took all my information, and I got to meet Dustin in person. They proceeded with the diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. Aaron then gave me a detailed breakdown of my options. What I really appreciated about this interaction was that there was no upselling. He simply explained what I needed to consider, what would be covered that day, and answered my questions. That's quality service. Your team completed the work promptly and exactly when promised. I was so happy and satisfied with the service that I will absolutely be bringing my other vehicles to you. I wanted to make sure you know that Dustin, Anthony, and Aaron did an outstanding job. They are extremely professional, go above and beyond in their explanations, and are clear, kind, courteous, and efficient. These types of people are really hard to find. As GM, I hope you'll do what you can to keep these valuable team members on staff. Thank you again. I'm really glad I chose to call and do business with you.

  Since I have been going to workshop, this is the worst place that I have ever been. I will give it zero star if that was an option. I have never in my life experienced this kind of time wasted, poor customer service and poor vehicle updates. I will forever regret stepping my feet in the workshop. I called this people for an alignment; they told me to bring it in, that they will take care of me. With the good reviews that I saw here, I went happily thinking that they will get the job done in a timely manner but the reverse is the case. When I was checking in; I asked them, how long will this take and they told me 1 hour 30 minutes. Even though that was a lot for me to wait for just an alignment but I decided to deal with it thinking that they will keep to their time. They came back and told me that they have to change the tie rod; I asked them again, how long will this take and they said 45 minutes, I let them have their way with their ridiculous high price. When I complained about the additional time; they offered me a ride home, I declined that because that's my only car and i have a lot of things to accomplish for the day. Also i can deal with 3 hours if it have to take them that long. This people delayed me and wasted almost 7 hours of my time on my only day off in the week. During this period that they kept my car hostage, no one came out to update me on the status of my car; they only came twice, when they came to extract more money from me and when they came to tell me about a mixed up in parts. I will never again in my life step in into the shop for anything neither will I ever direct anyone to them. If I would have known that they treat me the way they did, i would have taken my car to somewhere else. If you have all the time in the day to waste, you are welcome to go here but if you have important things that day to do, I strongly suggest that you avoid this place at all cost and also avoid their prices which is extremely high. I regretted knowing this place and giving them that room to waste my time today 12-08-2025
