  Came in two days ago for a brake change and alignment. They went above and beyond! My plastic undercarriage cover was falling off so they pinned it up for me and even tightened up my bumper (also falling off) so that when I picked it up, my car felt right as rain and secure. They even called me to discuss fixing a brake fluid leak and didn't try to oversell me, just told me what I needed and charged accordingly... And all for a reasonable price!! Def gonna be my new car shop for all things maintance. Thank you so much!! Trusting a shop is always difficult, especially as a young adult woman. Thanks for being an honorable and affordable car shop and keeping me safe on the road :)

  Tim was fantastic. He fit me in and when he told me that what I thought was wrong with the car was not a problem. When I asked how much I owed he said I didn’t owe them anything. He just asked that we consider them for any additional problems I might have. Believe me I will. Anyone that’s as honest as they are and not changing when they had checked it out for me deserved my and everyone else’s business knowing how honest and helpful they are. They deserve the highest star company can get. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Good job Tim.

  Aaron and Tim were both phenomenal! Customer service was beyond 5 stars. Aaron explained what I needed to do about my brakes and even gave suggestions. Tim wanted to make sure what I was saying and took notes to see what the problem could be. I'm big on customer service and this was the best by far. Thank you guys for making my day. Yall are the best!!!!

  Ellie at Brakes Plus (Denton) is amazing! From start to finish, she provided excellent customer service that was professional, friendly, and honest. Ellie took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. You can tell she truly cares about her customers.   If I could give no stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I could imagine to have. A year or so ago, we took our Chevy 2500 HD here to get new brakes put on. They told us we should also do new rotors, fine no big deal go ahead and do it. They told us they would put on “heavy duty” brakes and rotors to accommodate the work we had previously been doing with the truck. We get the truck out of the bay and they told us the squeaking from the brakes would wear off, it was from them being new, weird and never heard of that but we trusted the “professionals”. Months later, we never hauled anything with the truck and the brakes are still squealing. Take the truck back in, tell them what’s going on and they say that somehow the brakes are done for and the rotors are warped. There was less than 7,000 miles put on the truck between these 2 visits, and previously we had made it 50,000 of the brakes it came from the factory with, most miles were heavy hauling (woohoo GM, good job!). About 2 months later and the brakes are STILL squealing and you could hear it was on a rotation so clearly something wrong with the brakes and rotors. Take it in AGAIN and this time they offer to rotate and I guess “trim” the rotors and put them back on to save us some money and ANOTHER new set of brakes. I’m assuming same brand and all that each time. The brakes were STILL squealing after!! At this point we decided that was enough and we would take it to the dealership and just go ahead and pay the big bill to get it put back correct. The dealership informed us that the brakes AND rotors that Brakes Plus put on were WRONG! Glenn Polk Sanger put the correct parts on and finally after a year there is no squealing and the “bad ball joint and messed up axle” brakes plus said it had that was causing an issue were non-existent. The truck now rides like its brand new again. I will never be bringing any vehicle back to this place nor would I recommend anyone else to.
