  Dustin is the man. He finished an easily 18 hour job in a day. Price for the work was well below everywhere I looked. Even booked me a Lyft ride to drop me off at my house over 20 min away and sent one to pick me up when the work was done. Never going to the dealership to get work done again.

  0/10. Absolutely terrible. Worst experience with any business I’ve ever had. I am creating this Google account with the sole purpose of leaving a review in hopes that it saves somebody else that disservice of having to step foot inside of this building. I came in looking for a simple alignment after buying new tires from the discount tire down the road. When I arrived, there was only two other customers inside waiting. The employee at the counter stated that both of those people were only getting oil changes and that they should get started on my car within the next 45 minutes. 2 hours later.. Not a single employee returned inside of the lobby with any information or updates. My vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot where I had left it, and myself and the other two customers began to wonder what was taking so long. One of the other customers even had to walk out to the garage and take his keys back and leave due to waiting for so long for only an oil change. In total, I waited just over 3 hours with absolutely zero contact from any employees before finally being told that my car was finished. During those three hours. I watched as the 7-8 man crew stood in the garage bay in a circle chatting and goofing off. The employees only occasionally worked on the vehicles in the bay. It seems as though the employees of this business believe that 5 minutes of work deserves a 30 minute break. My suggestion to the the company is that if you’re going to put glass doors that see into the garage bay, you should remember that the customers can see everything you do (or don’t do for that matter). To top off this nightmare of an experience… Once notified that my car was finished, I paid the requested amount and was told that my vehicle was waiting for me in the parking lot. When I arrived in the parking lot, I found that my vehicle was missing. After inquiring, I was told by one of the employees that they “believed” somebody must be test driving it if it’s not in the parking lot. The employee then began asking around to the other employees to see if any of them knew where my car went. It took another full 10 minutes for them to figure out who had my car and for my vehicle to show back up after being driven around by one of the employees. After over three hours, my nightmare finally came to an end. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not go here. Do not spend your money on a business that could care less about your time. After all this they didn’t not even provide a simply apology for the delay in service. The employees just kept up their “get what you get” attitude and returned to their gossip circle without hesitation. As fast as it was created, I am now deleting this Google account. The fact of the matter is, I will never care enough to leave another negative review on another business. This place was the sole exception.
