- DCDaniel Castillon6 days ago5.0A couple of days into the big winter storm, and my car found itself with a drained my battery. My car did not start, and I thought I was going to be without a moving car for a bit. I was able to use some jump cables to bring it back to life so naturally, I went to AutoZone to get a replacement. This is where my boy Reggie comes to the rescue. It's around 10:15 PM and rather frosty outside. He told me that he couldn't change the battery at the moment and we would have to wait until the morning... I explained the situation and upon inspecting the car's battery, he told me he would give it a shot. I purchased the battery and he went to work changing it out. I was quite impressed with not only his expertise, but his work ethic as well as his personable demeanor. He's an incredible employee and AutoZone is rather lucky to have such a devoted employee who's willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Reggie, if you reading this, thank you so much. You made my life in that moment that much more simpler, and for that, I'm truly grateful. -DGCIII

We were extremely happy with our service. He was able to let us know that the codes that our truck was throwing were due to lack of battery power. Got the battery replaced and codes cleared and made a buddy in the process!!
