  Put money down on a unit here, was told they’d allow me to get a third party inspection and the day before the scheduled inspection they informed me they “accidentally” damaged the unit and it was a quick simple fix. After over a month of little to no updates I finally pushed to get pictures out of them that show how NOT little to no damage it was. They completely crushed the slide wall and ripped the closet door off of its frame as well as tearing that wall. Lost out on my inspection money and was told they’d get it fixed and be willing to work with me in making a deal on the unit. Every promise of a call back I had to be the one to initiate days later just to finally be told they’d refuse to change the price because they “already are losing money. Whoever buys this 2024 Durango Gold 383RLQ BEWARE, manufacturer has already said they are not keen on warranting repairs due to the extent of the damage caused by the dealer. Shady business practices and yet another reason why people say to steer clear of Camping Word. (They have a fake picture as the cover for the listing it’s not even a 383RLQ shown until further into the pictures)

  I want to be sure that Allen, the service tech at Lewisville, Texas, and Jake, the service tech at the Denton, Texas location, get recognition for their expertise and caring attitude. I wish all Camping World technicians had their attitude and were as concerned about the customer as these two men. I also want to give Kimberly the service adviser kudos, she has been very helpful and delightful to work with as we address the many issues and problems we have had to deal with. Overall, the team at Denton has been the most friendly, knowledgeable and attentive of all the Camping World locations we have been to!

  Don't input your phone number into anything. They'll blow up your phone more than a stalker ex-boyfriend. Multiple calls (3+ per day) every day of the week including weekends. That enough makes me pass on visiting this dealership.

  Hello camping community I just wanted to acknowledge Blake, Kurt and Tyrell for wonderful service, they actually helped us get my father-in-law into his first camper, they want above and beyond to make the transaction as smoothly as possible. They were also fast and efficient. So Kurt was The finance manager, Blake, I believe is a sales rep and Tyrell was the technician that did the initial walk-through with us. Kurt was unbelievably friendly and inviting, as well as straightforward and considerate. Now Blake doesn’t give your typical sales rep. We all know the kind I’m talking about. He to was transparent and understanding of the situation. Tyrell gave us insight and information about several things one of the main things that we are fascinated by was that we could actually get solar panels mounted by camping world I’m not sure if you can purchase them through camping world but if you have them, they can install them. Overall it was just a wonderful interaction and we’re so grateful for the camping world team in Denton we are definitely sending all family and friends your way keep killing it. Once again thank you.
