He checked my battery which I had previously purchased at Auto Zone, he confirmed it was defective, that he had a replacement in his store and he replaced it within 30minutes. Mr. Rivera was attentive, detailed oriented and very professional. I told him I was on my conference period and had to be back at work in 45min and he had my battery installed with 15 minutes to spare. If you are having car problems and want great service make sure to pay this Auto Zone location on Ross Road in Del Valle a visit, safe travels. ❤️
