I had read all the negative reviews prior to my rental so I prepared for the possibility of a bad experience given all the negative reviews. Not to mention I have had bad experiences with most Enterprise locations i used in the past in San Antonio and overseas in Germany and France. However this was thus far the best experience ive ever had with Enterprise in my long history of renting cars. The staff was meticulous, professional courteous and they exceeded my expectations since we even received a free vehicle upgrade which I didn't expect. I used this rental company because its the only one in town and i really had no choice, but given my first impression of this business I will happily rent vehicles from them in the future, hoping every future experience I have with them is as excellent as my first one. Id like to thank the staff for making this rental one of my best rental experiences and my best experience with Enterprise in more than 30 years of using vehicle rental services. Perhaps they're making honest efforts to improve their past track record.
