So I called NTB to make sure I could get a suspension and steering check to see if that's where the problem was originating from. They confirmed my thought. I went to the Deer Park location and met a very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful manager named Cody. He got my vehicle in and out in no time at all, and it was indeed free. Now, I must say, I have been woekingnon ny own vehicles for more than 38 years, so I know my way around vehicles. I shared all of that tk say that if I am impressed by someone in the auto service area, it means a lot. I will definitely be going back for any kind of service I am not able to do myself.

First time it was the front two, This time it was the back two They use your phone number and license plate to keep record of what youve gotten done. This is to keep track of the type of tires and mileage. They give recommendations and if you say no they dont cram it dont your throat. They gave me two new all weather tires for $518 and they did it quick. I asked them to help me out the best they can and gave me 20 bucks off each title, 40 bucks off total which in my books is nothing to scoff at. Overall: quick, efficient, good information, and no annoying sales crap. So long as im here in houston this is where in going to go.
