  I needed a rental ASAP and Fairmont location didn't have any available. They sent me here to center Street and I'm soooo grateful they did! Adrian helped me with getting a ride and setting up gas station credit for lower prices on gas. I was thoroughly pleased with his customer service! Definitely exceptional! Highly recommend coming to them!

  I made a reservation error for Tuesday instead of Monday and they worked around the problem. The vehicle was very clean, low mileage and good service. Definitely consider them for a future rental. VAD

  This is the first time I’ve rented a car from this location and I will definitely be returning! Diamond was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She helped get me in the car that was best for me. Ended up getting a Kona, which is very clean and smells nice! Highly recommend this location!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise Rental at Deer Park Center Street I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this branch has consistently let me down. The location is inconvenient, and the management — specifically under Kayden — seems completely disengaged when it comes to maintaining vehicle quality. I was recently given a car with tires worn down to the lifeline, visible dents, rust, and an overall appearance that made it look like it came straight from a salvage auction. When you rent a vehicle, you expect something safe and presentable — not something that feels unsafe to drive. The customer service here is subpar compared to larger, better-managed branches like Hobby. Over the past 7 years, I’ve seen a constant turnover of staff, which speaks volumes about the internal issues. Even more concerning, I discovered that employees have been misusing customer information to promote their personal auto sales ventures, hoping to earn commissions. That’s a serious breach of trust and privacy. Enterprise needs to take a hard look at this location and make serious changes. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and I recommend others do the same.
