  I WONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BRINGING SOMETHING HERE TO BE TESTED AGIAN. THIS WILL BE THE SECOND TIME IVE BROUGHT AN ALTERNATOR HERE TO BE TESTED. AND BOTH TIMES THEY LOOK AT THE MACHINE LIKE THEY SEEN ONE BEFORE. AND BOTH TIMES 30 MINUTES ILL NEVER GET BACK. ORIELLYS, HERE I COME.

  My daughter went up there right after she accidentally ran over a blown out tire rubber on the highway and it broke a plastic piece out of this plastic cover underneath her car, and while I was on a video call with her as she went inside and asked for their help, because it was dragging the ground, a girl a the counter told her to go look for a part herself instead of going out there to first look at what she was talking about and then go find a part for her. So my daughter goes and looks for the part as I'm on the phone with her and finds out it's not working. I then told her to go back inside and ask them to come outside and help her and then they send her to go look for a bigger part?! So my 17yr old daughter goes out there again to see if it fits and it doesn't fit. I was livid that they didn't even go out there to help her in the first place, she should NOT have had to ask. She's a 17 year old girl. She was too scared to go back up there and ask them for help again saying she was just going to duct tape it. I had to call up there and tell them what horrible service that was and that I had never experienced this terrible service from an AutoZone in my life. When I called up there immediately after I hung up the phone with her, a man answers the phone in a very rude way and I had to tell him the situation and that I have never received such terrible service at an AutoZone. I asked him if he would go help her and he said that "they'd take care of it" very rudely. I then proceeded to ask if if he was the manager and he said "yup" rudely again. I asked if he was going to go outside and help her and he rudely said "yup". Unbelievable!!! They need new management. I'm so disgusted.

  We love this store. Always very helpful and friendly. We especially like the young man who wears the fedora.
