- HHHonk HonkJan 30, 20261.0this was the worst experience I ever had at any autozone in my life the manager I think Dillon Rawlings had one of the worst attitudes and make my experience horrible first I would like to say I came in I asked him if they had a certain battery and he completely ignored me while testing my battery then proceeds to tell me that my warranty wasn’t valid so I asked if I could refund th battery and then buy another one and he also said no can’t do that because I don’t have a receipt but it was under my number so I don’t need a receipt so then I took my buisness elsewhere to the oreileys right down the street completely ruined auto zone for me I will never shop here again
