  Had a great experience here if your looking for a easy process and good reliable honest salesperson ask for Jesus, I called and explained what car I wanted and my situation he was able to put me the car I inquired about with no hesitation! 5 stars for that and he didn’t beat around the bush ! Also Britney was very helpful when coming to the signing papers part explained everything fairly well. Bought a preowned vehicle have had it for a couple weeks now and very satisfied all I wanted in the first place.

  WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. I agreed on a deal over the phone, and everything was clearly confirmed before I even arrived. At the dealership, I finalized the deal with Alex and Brandon (the manager), and again confirmed multiple times that there were no add-ons, exactly as agreed. Then came the shock. When I received the first statement, I discovered they had added nearly $10,000 to the price. Completely unacceptable. We went back to resolve the issue, and it took them three months to fix it. During that time, I was stuck paying extra interest and fees, not to mention the time, stress, and constant follow-ups required on my end. It doesn’t stop there. Part of the deal included 3 years of free oil changes, which has never been honored. To this day, I have received nothing. The manager has stopped responding to messages, doesn’t return calls, and takes zero responsibility for the situation. This dealership is disorganized at best and dishonest at worst. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!

  Wouldn't recommend, they do the bare minimum to any used car to get them sold right away. About 40 days of purchase car breaks down and the extended warranty wasn't much help neither was the dealership. I had no choice but to fix it . Which cost me $2000 to fix.Then we ran into issues with the tires and we were told from the ford mechanic that not having the same tires all around on the car would affect the cars performance . When we bought the vehicle we were told they replaced 2 tires on it . The new tires added by the young chevrolet , were a different brand from the 2 previous ones. We then had to also fix the tires sensors as well cause those went out right after purchase. Had to drop another $500 to get all that fixed. My vehicle lasted about a month in a different dealership getting fixed all cause this dealership doesnt check their vehicles properly and they simply don't care to help.

  Came in for an oil change and left needing a level 2 paint correction on a brand new corvette. There is still evidence they used some sort of wool like mitt/ towel on my car because there’s pieces of it stuck in the corvette emblem on the back!!! They even burned a part of the clear coat and that panel may need to be resprayed completely. Absolutely unacceptable. The service advisors and managers are cool but whoever touched my car absolutely needs to be fired. They have no business touching a car. I’m finally back in town and will be taking it up there soon so they can view the damages themselves like we talked about. At least 2k worth of damage for the paint correction alone. Not to mention the fact a new corvette even has to go through a paint correction! is insane and disheartening. Chevrolet (in general) has completely ruined my car buying experience. I was interested in the ZR1 too and I think I will be going with Porsche.

  Do not buy a car from this dealership if you plan on paying cash. You’ll be punished for it. We drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle in cash, only to be told by the sales manager, Brad, that he wouldn’t sell us the car unless we bought a $1,000 extended warranty — for a car that is still under manufacturer warranty. His reasoning was that he was “losing money” because we weren’t financing. That sounds like a personal problem, not a customer problem. Brad was rude, unprofessional, and made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. We only went through with the purchase because we were already deep into the buying process when he sprung this on us. To make matters worse, the car ended up in the shop less than a week later.
