  Normally I go to Toyota for an oil change but decided to give these guys a shot. Even when making an appointment at my dealership I’d be waiting for hours. I was out of Valvoline within 15 minutes! It’s nice to see them work as a team ☺️

  My last oil change with Valvoline, who had serviced my Honda Pilot for nearly 2 years, was at this shop and I will NEVER get an oil change with them again. This visit was the first time the techs decided to "drop the oil" rather than evacuate through the top of the engine, and their tech could not remove the oil pan bolt. In fact, he destroyed it and on my visit to Honda of Denton, they found the issue I was having with my oil being low - a completely destroyed (mangled) oil drain plug. While at their shop, the tech beneath my car yanked so hard on the bolt that he made the car move significantly, and I had to ask another tech to ask him to stop - he was obviously harming the car. They said "No, it's just stuck - it's alright, but we'll have him stop and just evacuate the oil." I've spent a lot of money at Valvoline over the past 24 months. This car has NEVER leaked any oil - for ~209,000 miles - and now this. I used my real name for this review so you can check your records and see I had my car serviced here. Your techs are terrible at their jobs and I understand they're not real mechanics, but being unable to properly remove an oil drain plug and an inability to select the right socket is simply inexcusable. Through another person familiar with the inner workings of Valvoline, their internal philosophy is alleged to be: "Make it the next person's problem." Since that's their goal, I suppose you could say they achieved it. Thanks for nothing, Valvoline.
