  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. AVOID - NOT WORTH IT. The car wasn’t available for pickup until 2 days after my reservation — forcing me to spend over $150 on cabs making multiple trips to the location, with no direct line to contact them in the meantime. As compensation, the front desk associate offered a 2-day rental refund, pending manager approval. The manager approved it on the spot and confirmed my account had notes on file. No refund was issued after pickup. I followed up again upon returning the vehicle — the manager personally assured me I wouldn’t have to keep chasing this. Still no refund. Every attempt to resolve this — whether through the location directly or general customer care — has led nowhere. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. You will keep going in circles trying to reach them because they have no direct line and the general customer care number will not help.

  We booked a car online and arrived at the agreed-upon time to pick it up, only to be told that the specific vehicle we had reserved was unavailable and that we would have to pay an additional fee to secure a different one. We had traveled a considerable distance to get here, yet they failed to honor our agreement. This wasted a significant amount of our time and resulted in an extremely poor experience.

  Great service—very respectful and cooperative. The car was excellent, and I’m very happy with the deal I received. I highly recommend the Addison location at the Marriott Hotel and will definitely rent from them again.

  I cannot recommend Sixt car rental enough. I was so impressed with everything from Begining to the end of the rental, it was so smooth. Efficient and th staff so friendly.

  They didn't have the car even after I prepaid the car a week ago. I waited 4 hours thinking they might get a car and still didn't had it. Called for refund and customer service informed they can't do it or have to charge $200. Ask them if I can pick it up from another location and they told me I have to pay extra money to pick it up from another location or I have to pay delivery charges so another location can send car to my rental location. I was supposed to leave at 2 pm for my spring break and I was going home and going back to rental place just to get my refund. To get my refund I had to pay $75 for Uber. This was complete mess and their call customer service sucks as they don't speak English and had to ask 5 times to understand what they are trying to say. My spring break is messed thanks to this rental.
