  I just purchased my first new car and I had no idea what to expect going in. I walked into the dealership only knowing I wanted a Subaru. Robert Scarff approached me and was so kind and helped me figure out what it was that I was looking for. He was very patient and selected a few cars to test drive that he thought suited my wants/needs. I never once felt pressured into buying and he was incredibly respectful. When I decided to purchase, he guided me through the process to make sure everything was seamless. I was incredibly appreciative of this as I knew nothing about purchasing a car! At the end of it all, he had the most thoughtful gift/card waiting in the passenger seat of my new car for me! I am so incredibly thankful that Robert approached me that day. If you are a new buyer, this is the place for you!!

  We were traveling and had an issue with our Subaru. We called this dealership and they took care of us on the same day! Jonathan Seigel and everyone else we came into contact with were very friendly. If we didn't live 2 states away, we would buy our next vehicle here. They definitely have a culture of customer first!   Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We had an absolutely terrible experience with Sewell Subaru of Dallas that wasted our entire day. The night before our visit, they confirmed they had the car we were interested in on their lot. Based on this assurance, we drove all the way from Waco to Dallas When we were just 30 minutes away from the dealership, we received a text stating that the car we were driving to see wasn't actually on the lot. This was incredibly frustrating, but we decided to continue since we were already so close. Upon arrival, we explained the entire situation to the staff. Rather than apologizing for the miscommunication, they simply informed us the car wouldn't arrive at the lot until later in the week, and offered to provide a loaner vehicle for a week so we could make the drive back up to Dallas to pick up the car I had originally intended to purchase.
