    I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus TX from Sewell Lexus of Dallas and had an excellent experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Kevin French, who made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was very professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Everything was handled efficiently, and the deal was exactly as discussed. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, and I truly appreciate Kevin’s honesty and dedication.     I could not speak more highly of my experience at Sewell. A coworker of mine passed along Barrett Snare’s contact information after an incredible experience buying her Infinity. From the second I called to inquire until now (a week after getting my car) Barrett has surpassed expectations. He treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door, making sure the process was fast, efficient, and customer centered. I felt so taken care of in every aspect of the process- I spent less than two hours in the dealership from start to finish, the price was reasonable, and Barrett/his assistant went above and beyond (doing things like helping me set up garage door clickers and Apple CarPlay in my new car). At some point in the process, Barrett found out it was my birthday and I left with a handwritten birthday card with dinner for my husband and me. And a week later, he and his boss have followed up several times to ensure I love the car. I would recommend Barrett to anyone I know and will be a Sewell customer for life.

    This was my second purchase from Sewell Lexus. I googled the best salesperson @ Sewell Lexus and at the top was David Keilson’s name. I was so impressed that he had so many google great reviews so I reached out to him. From the moment I called him he was so helpful, attentive and treated me like I was family. Many of the reviews I read about him calling him the best they have ever worked with. Well that was very truthful because I experienced the same result with David. He cared about my goals and found the perfect vehicle for my needs. I am a Sewell Customer for life as long as David is there to take care of me in the future. I will leave it like this. If anyone is looking for a vehicle please ask for David Keilson. He won’t disappoint you. Best Regards Mike All the best.

    I had an appointment Saturday April 4 for 1pm. My service representative was David. I was ghosted by this man. I made several calls and left messages. After the initial contact, this person never contacted me again. Eventually, at closing I finally spoke with Laura the manager to be told the service department was closed at 5. It was 5:40. I had decided to call the main number(which Laura answered) because I had a loaner and didn’t want the company saying it was stolen. My car was not serviced and it is Monday April 6 and no response from the company. This was the most atrocious, unprofessional, and discourteous non service I have ever experienced and I’ve been blessed to be on this planet for quite some time. To say I’m disgusted disappointed would be the least of the adjectives I can use.

    Very frustrating and unreliable service communication experience. It was funny to listen to the “care about the customer” recording while waiting on the line. Being from Northwest Arkansas, I picked this dealer to service my car, despite it being 6 hours away, as I saw many positive reviews. After making a drive, my service request was handled with carelessness in communication and conflicting information coming from different service managers. Despite agreeing to get a status update the following day (as I told them I had a 6 hour drive back ahead of me) no one contacted me. I had to follow up multiple times and finally got an answer that nothing was done to remedy the issue 30 minutes before the closing time so I had to rush there to get my vehicle that otherwise would have been stuck until they reopened on Monday. The service rep implying that both my wife and I misunderstood what we agreed to was belittling..When I asked for the options on how we go about the repairs, she just said something like “we will figure it out”. In the end, I was told they “could not replicate” the issue, despite me literally driving around with a tech and observing the issue in their presence. As a 15-year loyal Lexus customer, this is not a Lexus-worthy experience.
