  In the 4 years that I have been receiving routine maintenance and other services at Sewell Infinity of Dallas, the customer care and service has been outstanding!! I have always dealt with the Assistant Service Mgr. Diana Flores when I drop my car off for service. She is a wealth of knowledge in the industry and provides thorough updates and recommendations that help me keep my vehicle safe on the road. I wouldn't think to take my car any other place for service. The customer care is definitely "World Class Service!"

  Long review incoming: I had the pleasure to work with Doug H. Life has hit me hard financially and I had to make the hardest decision to trade in the best car I have ever owned and pay cash for a new car to alleviate car payments and reduce that expense from my finances. I loved my 4Runner, and it was a very emotional decision to trade it in just due to the expense. I found a nice pre-owned QX60 online late Friday night, and decided to drop by the dealership Saturday afternoon on my way. Doug was so inviting and brought me into a warm environment. He is so friendly and down to earth. Sitting in his office and having to share my financial situation was NOT easy. But Doug was very understanding and empathetic. He truly took the time to listen to me and made me feel heard. He went above and beyond to meet me where I was and where finances have been putting me. I am so appreciative that I got to work with Doug. It felt like working with a friend, and he was so easy to open up to and talk to. Thank you, Doug, for rolling out the red carpet. In an event I did not want to be in, I got to work with you and it was the best outcome possible. Thank you for all your hard work! :)

  I tagged along with my wife as she went exploring for her next vehicle; what an adventure in extremes. In each of the five dealerships we visited the service attitude of the stores were vastly different, even of the same dealer group. Camden met my wife at the door, learned it was my wife's car and while attentive to me, made certain she focused on my wife's questions. She was outstanding. She listened, she worked to find answers and even when we threw her a new wrinkle, she asked the questions and persevered until she got an answer to share with my wife. She made such an impression that my wife made an additional day trip to make certain she bought from Camden. Our experience was great and we are anxious to tell our friends to seek out Camden on their next car purchase. BTW, she has followed up three times since the purchase.
