  Janet Sanchez is AMAZING! She was my estimator the whole time of getting my car fixed. My car was involved in a hit and run and there was quite a bit of damage. Janet was so helpful even before I officially brought my car in. She was thorough in her work and giving me information. She answered all of my many questions and gave me insight of how the behind the scenes works so I felt comfortable and confident in the work being done. Janet kept me up to date on everything going on even when she contacted the insurance company, she would also send me an email with what was discussed. Janet is well versed and knowledgeable. She is kind, direct, friendly, and professional. If you can, ask for JANET SANCHEZ! Fantastic!

  I had an exceptional experience at Sewell Collision Center—truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer—not like I was a burden or just another transaction. Even the process of getting a ride home after dropping off the vehicle was smooth and well-coordinated. Malachi, my service advisor, was outstanding. He communicated clearly, was highly responsive, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He handled coordination with the insurance company and made sure the repairs were done at a top-notch level. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he even went above and beyond to rust-proof a small unrepaired area to prevent further damage!! That level of care is rare. This kind of service feels like a reflection of a strong, top-down culture that truly prioritizes the customer. It’s sincere, consistent, and hard to find these days. I hadn’t heard of Sewell before this, but based on this experience alone, I would absolutely consider them for a future vehicle purchase. Highly recommend.

  My first experience at Sewell Cadillac of Dallas on Lemon Avenue was exceptional. I was just starting to look at SUVs when I was greeted by Melissa Smith, who was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. The entire process was easy, welcoming, and stress-free. Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had—just like the commercial says, never shop anywhere else but Sewell Cadillac of Dallas.

  Needed repairs for my 2024 Subaru following a collision and Sewell did an amazing job! Frank Reyes was understanding, provided timely updates, advocated for needed repairs with the insurance company, and was professional and kind. Would highly recommend Sewell collision center! Appreciated the onsite enterprise rental car services for convenience as well.
