  Staff was having a personal conversation when I walked in. They continued the conversation as if I was there. I greeted everyone all 3 young men. One respond with a dry hello. It took forever for him to finally bring the truck around that was reserved. I immediately noted he had battery booster cables. He said the truck was fine and the battery charges quick. Subsequently after making it to my donation pickup stop the truck died while idling as the donations were loaded. I had to wait for road side assistance, upon his arrival (he was really nice) he stated a cell was out in the battery and they were clear to lazy to change the battery before giving me the truck.

  This rating is for the night fuel/service not the rental department. I have to come here to fuel every night and I am here 7:20-7:45 almost every night to get fuel to start my route. Some night like tonight. I have already talked to 3 ppl about getting fuel in the past hour. And still no one shows up out here to fuel my truck yet, this is absolutely ridiculous how trash the service is from the night crew here. I’m debating if I shouldn’t just drive to Arlington just to fuel before starting work at night because of how bad service is here some nights. The big shop manager dude at night doesn’t seem to give a single F, I’m at my wits end with this place some nights because I get held up and cant start my work until I am fueled. Also the DEF pumps here have been messed up forever and Penske hasn’t fixed them yet, the middle lane handle is completely broken so no Def in that lane now. Penske, do better.

  New, shiny Penske. Great guys here. Had minor issue with window roller, they fixed it very quickly. Shop opens at 6 am and close at 12 midnight. Paid parking, lot is big. Navigation: I-20 exit 472, couple miles south and left turn. I-45 exit 273, 4 miles west, right turn. There is railroad hump in the middle, if low deck, better avoid.
