  By far worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a while lady at the front counter had nothing but attitude as soon as I asked her a simple question 10/10 don’t recommend renting from this business if you’re flying in to Dallas Love Field

  I had a pleasant experience with the staff at the Dallas Love location. Trina was pleasant and kind as was the manager on duty who assessed a situation and fixed it with no additional information from me. I will definitely choose National and when in Dallas I hope to see Ms. Trina again.

  Always rent with National when going to Dallas Love field. Very pleasant experience with ease of getting in and out as well as very accommodating and pleasant employees. The return is easy access which I like you don’t always have that in airports.

  Service was Great, communication by test to modify return was awesome! Clear car, fast service. Only thing I didn’t like was the selection of vehicles left for Emerald customers.

  Been using National for a while now for my work trips and everytime I have to rent a vehicle, I always chose them. The other rent places I have used in the past the service is slow, not have any vehicles, ready, prices are ridiculously high. I will make National my first choice before the others.
