  The Service that I received was amazing! When I walked in to get my tire patched, the gentleman handled the logistic work with such great care and got me out in a timely manner! I would recommend this place to all my friends and loved ones!

  I love Mavis in general but this location specifically had something ahead of others! The guys treated my car like a princess, more than I do... I they had covered the seat with plastic sheet while they serviced. Free vehicle check ups were included. I was so impressed when they drove my car right up to the front for me after the service. I didn’t expect myself getting princess treatment like this either, because no other shop has ever done that before, this really made my day.⭐️ The tire prices were really good too, Discount Tire is already affordable, but they even applied a coupon for me on top of that, and it ended up being way cheaper than I expected. On top of everything, the front desk staff were just amazing. They were very friendly and welcoming, just good vibe to be around them. The whole place felt comfortable and easy to be in, and now I get why my friend that recommended me this place, refuses to go anywhere else. I’m officially the same. 💛

  Amazing customer service and super fast! I was in and out in less than an hour, and that’s with a fleet vehicle!! Have never experienced such great customer service along with attentiveness, updates and quickness along the way

  I have been to a few places in Dallas to get car work done but I have never been given ghe service I was offered at this location. They took me out to my car to show me the issues first hand and then worked with me to get everything I needed done within my budget. The customer service given here was off the charts and I work in the luxury customer service field so getting luxe experience at a car place was beyond top notch. This place is wonderful, its super clean, and I highly highly highly recommend this place. I will absolutely be making this my go-to shop.

  I had an unfortunate situation where my brake pads were completely gone. The only things stopping the truck were the pistons and calipers. It was metal-to-metal. ​I brought it to the good people at Mavis, and they gave me the tough news: the entire front brake system needed to be replaced—rotors, calipers, and pads. For a Nissan Titan, that’s very costly. I told them, 'Listen, I don’t have that kind of money right now. Can we just do the pads and skip the rest? ​The gentleman at the front desk said, 'Sir, we would rather work with you on the cost than compromise your safety.' And they did exactly that. We negotiated the price, and the repairs were done in no time. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Mavis. The front desk person and the service manager are my personal heroes. We were in a dangerous spot, so from my family to yours... thank you!"
