  If you’re looking for a high-end luxury automobile, then look no further than Go Luxury auto group. The customer experience to me, is unlike any other! I’ve had the privilege of purchasing numerous cars over the years, the vast majority of those of the foreign variety the breath of inventory the way each of the vehicles is presented is much like walking into a art gallery or a museum! The way that the team prepares each vehicle for resale is amazing. The Customer Service, the communication the presentation and the approach to acquiring the vehicle is unlike any other that I’ve experienced. This is a personal high touch experience that a regular dealer be a new certified, preowned or used cannot and would not be able to deliver. Quintin Adams and team should be applauded and also strongly considered when you’re looking for a high-end certified preowned vehicle. I would urge you to make the trip set up a reservation and take the tour. You will not be disappointed.

  For months I had been scrolling online looking for a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 Coupe at the right price and mileage. I found one that caught my eye at Go Luxury Auto and Sydney Jones and Quintin Adams were incredibly helpful! Knowledgeable, patient, understanding and accommodating of any concerns or nervousness you might have with buying a car. What more could you ask for in a dealer? Thanks for everything!

  I was passing by the dealer looking for RX350 Lexus, I meat one of Sales representative he welcome me and introduced himself " Isidro" he was so nice and respectful guy, treated me very nice but Unfortunately I wasn't get my car that I'm looking for, he still following up with me. Thanks Isidro I highly recommend people whom looking for a beautiful luxury cars to visit this dealer

  Keyann is absolutely awesome to work with. I called past closing time. And he was available for me and stayed late for me. He stayed had the car pulled around, we did a test drive and I bought the Infiniti Q50 Luxe. In and out less than a hr. He made the car buying as smooth and easy as possible . Best car buying experience EVER!! ASK FOR Keyann he will take care of you! We love our new INFINITI Q50 LUXE!

  Painful experience from start to end. I find the car online and tell them to write it up. They sent over the quote and I see a blackout package and a tint job added. I then tell them I don’t want it, and the sales person tells me that it is added to every deal. I’m like OK then why isn’t it included in the price? She tells me that it’s on the website with an attitude. So I look on the website and it is indeed on the very bottom of the website in fine print. I then tell her that I extensively researched the car that I am trying to buy, and it already has a blackout package from factory- the shadow line package. We go back-and-forth and argue for literal days. They removed one charge, but not both. Absolutely ridiculous that they tried to charge you for something that the car literally already has. They then tried to give me Interest rate that was two or three points higher than my bank. We went back-and-forth on that forever and they finally agreed to use my bank. But then denied it later on because my bank sends them a check and not a wire. So I was forced to refinance after buying and having to jump through more hoops. After buying the car, I bring it to BMW and they tell me that there is only 5% left on my brakes. So buying a new car, I have to buy a new brake brakes and come to find out the front tires needed to be replaced as well. They were on the line of red and yellow when measuring at Discount Tire. Just got pulled over today, and I realized that they never gave me my registration and also sold me a car with illegal front window tint! So now I get to go to the DMV and wait in line for god knows how long. They said they mailed it, but I’m going to assume they didn’t because I got an email saying to come pick it up. I responded saying I don’t live locally and to please mail it. No response, so I called the next day and they said they’d mail it. I’m assuming nothing will be done to mend any of this bc Go Luxury already has my money. The only person I recommend here is the finance director Mike who was great- didn’t feel he was trying to pull a fast one on me, and gave me the documents my bank needed to refinance super quickly. Thank you Mike
