  Great location, excellent customer service and top notch vehicles. I will definitely rent from this location again. Thanks Chris and staff. If you’re not from Dallas be aware of tolls charges and additional processing fees.

  My recent experience with Enterprise Exotic Car Rental was truly disappointing and frustrating. - The vehicle was dirty at pickup, which was very unfortunate because my rental agreement had already been started and the cleaning of the vehicle cut into my rental time. - The windshield wipers were dangerously worn, making the car unusable Friday night and Saturday morning causing me to miss important commitments and an important reservation. - I was instructed by the service center and a local enterprise rental center that I needed to arrange my own repairs and transportation at my own expense as a local center did not have any available rentals. - All attempts to resolve the issue through service center, local offices, customer service, and in-person have been ignored. I have not been contacted by any manager or representative despite assurances. Despite repeated attempts to reach the local manager, Chris, I received no response. When I returned the car, staff promised someone would follow up, but I still haven’t heard anything. After paying for a rental I barely used and receiving zero support or communication, I am extremely dissatisfied. Enterprise needs to improve their vehicle maintenance and customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

  I can't get a straight answer on the price of a rental from this Enterprise location. I don't recommend....
