I read the manual on the Chevy. It was just surprising that the tank went from telling me or the electric system went from telling me the tank had 40 miles to go to the car stalling and me being stuck. It happened twice the second time I luckily made it in time within a town but the first time I was really stranded and the deputy had to come out and help me, but besides that everything else was pretty great what sucks was the I couldn’t change my credit card to pay in time and I had to go to different locations and they wouldn’t take my Venmo card to take my payment that kind of was awkward so then I had to go drive to a different city so I did go out of my way to try to make a payment and it didn’t work out for me and luckily, I had to keep working and then ended up using the car next day anyways, but after that, I took the car back and at the very end, everything was great except I parked the car wrong and when I went to go fix the parking, I ended up denting the bumper so that was unfortunate on my part but besides that everything else was great and I’ll definitely win again and definitely get insurance

Absolutely terrible customer service. I attempted to rent a car from them and even called to confirm everything I needed and they denied rental because my drivers licenses has som cracks and damage on it. Stating it is their policy but also blowing smoke about Dallas Law will not let them rent the car with cracks in a DL. If this is policy make it clear as day when booking the reservation.
I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Dallas Love Field, Texas from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the level of customer service immediately stood out in the best way.
Tee was phenomenal right from the beginning. She was polite, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. She took the time to make sure everything was clearly explained, answered every question with patience, and genuinely made the pickup experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to feel that kind of consistent professionalism paired with warmth, but she absolutely delivered that.
Manager Tony also made a big impact on our experience. He went out of his way to ensure we were placed in a great vehicle that fit our needs, and we ended up with a Nissan Rogue that was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure customers left satisfied and confident in their rental.
The return process was just as pleasant thanks to Claudia. She was so kind, sweet, and welcoming at drop-off. Even though returns are usually quick and routine, she still took the time to be personable and appreciative, which left a lasting positive impression and made the experience feel complete rather than transactional.
Overall, this location truly stands out for its team. Every person we interacted with was professional, kind, and efficient, and the entire process—from pickup to return—was seamless. We will absolutely be renting again from this location and highly recommend it to anyone flying through Love Field.
Manager Alec saved our weekend after Budget refused to stay open and honor our reservation when our flight was delayed. We walked up after midnight, and Alec helped us cheerfully and quickly. His adept help turned our night around and set the tone for the whole weekend celebrating an elderly family member. I’m now an Enterprise ride-or-die. THANK YOU, ALEC!!

This Enterprise location cancled my reservation because I was unhappy with a few online features and inconveniences. The manager offered my free parking vouchers in return for a good review. He was unable to understand that being frustrated with the online reservation and difference in non airport rental facilieties was not a person branch issue. When I could not guarantee a good review or I would be satisfied, he asked me to take my business somewhere else. I was stunned at how thin skinned he was.
When I walked over to National next door he promptly came over and instructed the employee not to rent to me. First time a business has cancelled a reservarion and refused me service due to a review.
A businees that doesnt underatand cuatomera are.allowed to have a bad day
and still recieve business. Misses the point. Reviews are asked for after service delivery not before. How enterprise went from we'll pick you up to this smug and entitled to a good review or promise to be 100% satisfied or no deal baffles me. I have a theory as to why this happened but I'll stick to facts. Enterprise has lost my business by actions of the branch manager and employees.
