New Nissan Altima hybrid. Pick up easy. Drives well. Return at 4am hard because DFW rental return is on 2nd floor, not ground floor, and there is no signage at the base of the building pointing the way to the ramp. I saw many cars lost circling the building. I almost drove to a similar sounding road 11 miles away. In process of doing that I accidentally found the return ramp. Total for 2 days was $284, so $142/day. The base price for the car was $42/day. I took most of the insurance. So there was $100/day for insurance and a long list of local fees and taxes. The rental car buses go to specific terminals, not all. I got on a C bus but I needed to get to E. The driver got permission to take me to E because I was the only passenger. That was nice. DFW is the size of Manhattan, literally. When I got to E, at 5am, there was an hour long line for TSA. I walked to the next building and the wait was OK. So, I liked the car, didn't love the real final cost to rent, and DFW Airport is an undesigned sprawling mysterious absolute nightmare. That said, I always rent Enterprise, which I trust more than the other major rental companies.

Had a job interview up here and upon realizing that perhaps I’m not the best fit for the position, I decided to politely leave. Upon trying to exit, the man in the white booth guarding the gate would not let me out. Instructing the driver of the vehicle behind me to back up so I can go park my car inside the barded wire fenced off area. An awesome member of staff stopped my car and understandably wanted to know why a non member of staff was behind the fence, I explained the situation and she made the gentleman in the white booth open the gate. You ma’am, are appreciated. However what I don’t appreciate is the unlawful imprisonment at the hand of the gentleman in the booth. If this is a language barrier, enterprise needs to either stand up and; A. Fire this man for inadvertently committing a felony. His lack of understanding could cost the company millions. B. (My preferred option) pay for him to take courses in English until he’s decently Proficient in English. Otherwise, this is likely to happen to other people who might take to police reports and lawsuits as opposed to being Diplomatic.

I am normally satisfied with enterprise but this latest experience was quite the disappointment. My family’s flight was delayed several hours. I called enterprise and was assured that even though we would arrive after closing, someone would be there for two hours after to accommodate late arriving flights. All my flight info was in the system and I was told not to worry. Our plane landed with 30 minutes left in that two hour window. By the time we got off the plane and arrived at the rental car area, we were 5 minutes past and no one was there to give me my rental. If they had my flight info and knew I had landed and had already checked in and called to verify I would be there, then why not be there to give mw the rental. Had to get an uber at 1:10 in the morning for my family and luggage. I called enterprise and was told they can’t guarantee someone would be there after hours unlike what they had told me earlier. I’ve been renting from enterprise from years and the company I work for uses them as well. Will reconsider in the future and will express my displeasure to our company travel reps

First time renting with Enterprise and it was great! At the airport I originally booked with Budget but out of curiosity I asked Enterprise what the cost would be. It was a savings of $50 dollars but above the money was the customer service. The employee helping at Budget was not very friendly. When she did my agreement she automatically added insurance and a different fee, when I asked why that was added and if I could decline she was very rude about it and told me I could but the price would stay the same. I don't like items added without my prior knowledge or without explaining what the item/product is or does. When I was at the Enterprise counter CADIE and CLAIRE helped us. They were both very nice and patient. I wanted to look up if I got an extra discount by using my Southwest app and they were very patient while I navigated through that. They did not push insurance on me at all even though I opted to get it. My phone was very low on battery and Cadie was very nice to let me use her phone charger. Once that was completed and we went to get the vehicle, I realized I picked a car instead of an SUV which is what I wanted but in the chaos of trying to figure out the Southwest app, I booked the wrong vehicle. That is where HERRMANN stepped in and was also very helpful! Herrmann was able to get us into an SUV so quickly and again he was also very friendly and understanding. I rented the vehicle one way from Texas to Colorado. When I arrived in CO I called my local Enterprise office instead of the airport location to see if I could return the vehicle there. I spoke with DJ and he assured me I could return it there since it was a one way rental. Once I got to the Brighton Colorado Enterprise location DJ was prompt in receiving the vehicle and inspecting it. DJ was also very friendly and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with my first ever vehicle rental from Enterprise and so glad I did not go with Budget. Every single person that helped us from Enterprise had excellent customer service and the whole process was fast and efficient. THANK YOU to Cadie, Claire, and Herrmann in Texas and to DJ in Colorado! Not to mention the vehicle was very nice and clean! You can stop reading here, but I want to share what none of the rental vendors saw and why my son and I were so impressed with Enterprise. That morning, I arrived in Texas focused on getting my son home, but I had no idea how we’d make it happen. It was incredibly stressful trying to figure out the best way to travel while bringing as many of his belongings as possible while leaving so much behind. We had to make a lot of difficult decisions in a short amount of time. In the middle of all that chaos, working with Enterprise was surprisingly EASY. We didn’t deal with rude people or complications, it was actually the simplest part of our day. Because of that, we were able to get home safely. I know renting a car may not seem like a big deal, but that specific day, for us, it truly was. It helped turn an overwhelming day into something more manageable. THANK YOU to everyone at Enterprise.

Our gracious regards, and the highest level of Customer Centric Service goes out to the DFW Enterprise Rental Car Team, for the wonderful care, as well as absolutely memorable experience you provided my nephew with Cerebal Palsy and myself at time of arrival!! What a phenomenal human being, and astutely engaging Manager you have in the gentleman who goes by the name, Senator!! Mr. Senator was the Game Changer who elevated our experience from average to Exemplary!! He even helped us capture the journey with his assistance in adding to our photo journal. Next was as we exited the garage facility, gate agent " Mr. Gee" was a joyful, positive spirit to encounter who just had an overall fantastic attitude about everything! Keep Rising To The Challenge, Team Enterprise! It's Working Wonders!!
