- CWClaudja WilliamsonMar 27, 20261.0On 2/5/2026 rented a car through State Farm insurance claim. Everything was going good until the car had a flat tire on 2/9 at 6am and I am supposed to be at work by 6:45 am. I took an Uber to work and Dart train after leaving work at 7:15 pm. I called Enterprise roadside assistant service about the flat tire. They came and picked up the car that night. I went without a replacement car for 2 day. Tell me why Enterprise got paid for those 2 days the car tire was getting repaired? I spoke to the manager Sam, letting him know I needed to get reimbursed for the 2 days I didn't have the car. He took a copy of my Uber receipt and said I will be reimbursed. Two weeks passed and nothing, so I called Sam to asked what was going on. He told me accounting didn't approve it. So now they dont want to give me credit on my account for the lost of use of a car they got paid for. I have tried reaching out to corporate but have yet to get a call from them. Stay away from this company very dishonest!!

Then because I didn’t have a credit card he needed two utility bills. Really?? We’re renting a car NOT AN APARTMENT!! Then I expressed my frustration and he was”please don’t curse at me.” HOW BOUT GROW SPINE! Then he turned me away. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
