  Nick at Enterprise was very helpful and professional. I ended up returning the car about an hour late, but he was understanding and didn’t charge me for the delay, which I really appreciated. He was polite, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service from start to finish. I’d definitely rent from this location again. 👍🚗

  De, at your Montfort location, is the best Enterprise representative that I've ever encountered in 40 years of renting from you. The whole city of Dallas was "out" of rental vehicles as a result of our weather issues, and I was desperate to find a rental to travel for important business 100 miles away in East Texas. De worked with my paralegal and I to find a car for me, had it brought to the location, and then STAYED AFTER YOU CLOSED for nearly 30 minutes until I could get to the Montfort location. He shared that he was a young father, his supervisor had been ill, he was handling the location by himself that day, and yet he was kind and gave us amazing (above-and-beyond) service that was AWESOME. He should get a promotion and a raise!! Jay English
