  I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, but this location is on a completely different level—in the worst way possible. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Policies seemed to change depending on who you spoke with, and the information provided was not just inconsistent, but at times blatantly misleading. What stood out most was the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Issues weren’t addressed, concerns were brushed off, and there was zero sense that the staff cared about making things right. It felt disorganized, and honestly disrespectful of customers’ time. To make matters worse, the service from one of the managers, DJ Brownlee (or Browlee—however it’s spelled) was absolutely abysmal. Unhelpful, dismissive, and contributed significantly to an already terrible experience. If you value honesty, consistency, and being treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location was an absolute disaster.

  DJ was the worst enterprise employee I've ever encountered. Dropped off my car at a body shop for work and ubered to this location. I made a reservation for pickup at 7:30, with unforeseen circumstances I couldn't make it to this enterprise until 8:47 AM. Showed up and there was no one at the desk. Waited 45 minutes for DJ to come back from "picking up a car from Nissan" to find out they didn't have a car ready. 3 other people waiting at this point too. He gave the rental I had reserved to someone else at 7:30. Expressed frustration and he threatened to cancel my reservation. No call to check on if I would still pickup. No warning. Ended up going to the Knox location which was a million times better in customer service.

  Lazaire Brown at the Dallas-Hyatt location was the most professional and helpful representative of any company I have dealt with in a while. He made the process seamless and trouble free, and was engaging and fun a while doing it. I rent from Enterprise regularly, but if I didnt before I would now.

  Lazaire Brown Jr. helped me solve a drop-off conflict I was having. He proposed a solution and followed through with involving another branch to make things logistically sound. I hope I have the pleasure of working with this gentleman again. Thank you, Lazaire- awesome attitude and very professional.
