  I had the pleasure of working with Angel at the Enterprise location within the Sewell Lexus dealership on Haggar Way in Dallas, TX. He was very professional while being friendly and efficient. While waiting in line to get my rental, I witnessed him interacting with other customers and he was as professional and efficient with them as he was with me. I highly commend Enterprise for recognizing and hiring such highly competent and personable employees to work at the Sewell Lexus location. Hopefully the management of this location will recognize Angel for his excellent customer service in some way. I’ve rented a whole lot of cars in my life and the car rental agents at other companies and did not have positive experiences.   Had a minor collision with something in the road, had to be repaired so I took it to Sewell Collision Center and used Enterprise for rental. They are actually in the building so it was easy in and out and Angel answered the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend Enterprise.

  Angel is exceptional. He made my rental process go smoothly. I read through previous negative reviews about other people's experiences with other associates, and I can only speak for my own, it was my first rental and it went great, perhaps it was due to Angel's expertise and great customer service. Thank you again Angel!
