They get 4 stars because there are maybe 12 bays that fill up quick. The associates are starting to occupy the bays with their personal vehicles instead of parking in the parking spaces available. So, they lose a star for failing to put the customers convenience before their own. The bright blue 💙 car that is always in a bay is cute but shouldn't be deemed royalty to paying customers.
