New guys have no idea about this and take even longer. The kid helping me today was super rude and clueless. Drying at end is way too short so your car still has water all over the place and you have to take extra time to towel off the entire car. Please make your scan tags the same as other locations and add a few more seconds to drying time.

Immediately after exiting their wash, I noticed a passenger-side mirror trim piece was missing. I got out of the car right away, inspected it, and reported the damage on the spot. This is not a wear item. It does not simply fall off. The only thing that happened to my car was going through their automated wash, whose brushes make direct contact with exterior components. Despite this, the company refused to take responsibility. Their response was essentially “no one else complained that day,” which is irrelevant and unacceptable. The part costs under $100, yet they chose to deny responsibility, lose a loyal customer, and protect themselves instead of doing the right thing. I am canceling my membership and leaving this review so others know exactly how damage claims are handled here. If something breaks, you are on your own.
