    You have to wash before vacuuming at this location. I have the monthly subscription, I vacuum first and then air dry the car as I drive away. Avoiding this location from now on.

    I’ve came to this car wash way before it was bought out , ever since it’s has only degraded the service and increased the charge to have the machines scratch your vehicle and leave basically every stain on the car. I payed their membership for months on end to wash my car twice everytime that I came . Just now to ask employees if I can rewash my car because the spots I came to take care of where still on my vehicle( keep in mind they just happened less than a day ago) to only be informed by the employees that the car wash won’t actually “wash” my car and that I can’t rewash it even though I have so many times before because my car is so low half of the time it would only get watered on . The poor management and attention to detail on behalf of the owners would only keep devaluing what Tommy’s was for so long . Oh and I’m disputing my $30 wash too , you have a better chance at hand washing your car with your eyes closed than coming here . I would love to speak to management as well to delight them of the concerns I genuinely express for their employees .
