I understand employees' desire to up-sell to a more expensive wash or to sell a membership, but this experience was poor. After declining a membership offer, I asked if I could immediately run my car through the wash again if it was still dirty (because it hasn't been washed properly the last two visits to this location). The employee implied that I needed a membership for that, which I know to be false. I repeated that a second wash would only be for that same visit, but there was no understanding. I really did not appreciate that and will not return. I will go to the wash across the street or wash my car at home from now on.
