One of the brushes ripped off my collapsing mirror and caused 7 deep dents along the passenger side of my car and half way around the back. Zips has determined that they will take no responsibility for the damage even though an employee heard it and failed to stop the car wash after the first loud impact. Driver beware of this car wash.
