  My experience at Zips Car Wash was very disappointing. I decided to upgrade to the basic plus and I immediately REGRETTED my choice. One wash and my car suffered a deal of damage!! My rearview mirror cover was ripped off and all scratched up. My car received several scratches on the front hood and the back of my trunk. I filed a damage claim ASAP with the General Manager Tyree. I express my concerns to him that the photos he took of my car were not doing my case justice. I requested he send the claim department the live footage of my car entering and exiting the car wash. It was clear evidence proving my car dealt damage but he refused. I should have known no one at this company will take issues like this seriously. Of course my claim was denied. The response was extremely petty. Stating my scratches did not meet the requirements of 4-6 inches nor contain a pattern that mimics their car brushes. What a joke, my claim had no reason of being denied. When my car part was literally ripped off during the wash. I came here multiply times before and never experience damage until I had upgraded. Zips Car Wash you do not value your customers nor the experience you offer. This company is a joke. I recommend you get your car wash anywhere else.

  I’ve been a paying member here for the entire time I’ve owned my vehicle (purchased in 2025) and have exclusively used this car wash. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed a passenger-side mirror trim piece was missing. I got out of the car right away, inspected it, and reported it on the spot. Despite the fact that this is a non-wear exterior trim component that does not detach under normal use, and despite the damage being discovered immediately after their automated wash, the company denied responsibility. Their rationale was that there were no other reports that day, which has nothing to do with damage to my vehicle. The replacement part is under $100. I’ve spent far more than that as a loyal member and would have continued to do so. Instead, they chose to deny a clear, straightforward claim and lose a customer over a small repair. If your vehicle is damaged here, don’t expect accountability. I’m canceling my membership on principle and would not recommend this location to anyone who cares about their car or customer service.
