My overall experience at this Chevy dealership was very disappointing, and most of my frustration came from my interaction with the Director of Finance, whose name was either DeShawn or Beshawn. Unfortunately, the way the finance process was handled left me feeling unheard and unsupported.
Throughout the conversation, I felt rushed and not fully informed about the details I needed to understand. Instead of walking me through things clearly, the interaction came across as dismissive, and I walked away feeling more confused than confident. For such an important part of the car-buying process, I expected a much more respectful and transparent approach.
Because of this experience, I didn’t feel satisfied or comfortable moving forward, and it completely overshadowed the rest of my visit. I hope the dealership can improve the communication and professionalism in their finance department moving forward, but based on my visit, I cannot recommend this location.

If you want it to sound more firm, more emotional, or more professional, I can adjust it.

My name is Michelle Rodriguez, and I purchased a 2026 Corvette Stingray from Young Chevrolet on Friday, November 14, 2025. I want to start by highlighting the amazing experience I had with my salesman, Isaiah. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely made the buying process feel exciting and smooth. If you’re in the market for a new car and decide to visit this dealership, please ask for Isaiah — he is truly the best and deserves all the recognition.
Unfortunately, my experience took a turn once I got to the finance office. I was assisted by the finance director, Bachon DeShawn, and this is where things went wrong. Without my authorization, he added multiple warranties totaling over $5,000 to my contract. I was never informed these were being added, and only later realized they had been slipped in to make the numbers fit the payment I was targeting.
While they did get me to the monthly payment I wanted, the way the numbers were maneuvered — and the fact that warranties were added without my consent — left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. It’s extremely disappointing to end an exciting purchase on such a negative note.
If you choose to do business here, make sure you carefully review every line of your contract, especially the warranty section. Do not assume everything being presented is what you agreed to — double-check everything. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience .
I had one of the worst dealership experiences of my life at Young Chevrolet. They made me drive 2 hours to see a specific car, fully knowing it was already sold before I even got there. When I arrived, I was told it had been sold and was pressured to look at something else instead. The whole situation felt like a bait-and-switch.
The finance director, Deshaun, was extremely rude, dismissive, and downright demeaning. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he spoke to me like I didn’t matter at all.
After all of that, I did not even get the car I actually wanted. This dealership wasted my time, treated me terribly, and showed zero professionalism.
Do NOT buy anything here. Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.
Frank Brown is a great salesman. I had previously talked with him earlier this year about purchasing the Chevy Trax. We were just going by the dealership to look at the Chevy Equinox for my wife. Instead, we drove away with a new vehicle.
We had no plans of purchasing anything!!!
Frank made us a deal we couldn't refuse and it actually made sense!!! No pressure at all!!
We will be returning again soon for vehicle #2!!! Thank you, Frank. You're the best!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE! Took my car in to get it checked out at the start of october as i was having some engine problems, car was diagnosed by Mario and found multiple codes related to the transmission. My warranty covered $2700 out $5k of what they were charging me, once all was done ,almost 3 wks in waiting , i was told that the engine light will probably be on but the car ran smoothly with no problems. Picked it up before closing time Mario wasnt there but another technician was, which was Olly, he helped retrieve my car and i left. Not more than 20 min after i left my car had smoke coming out under the hood turns out there was an oil leak coming from the engine, thinking they may have not cleaned it up properly , i cleaned it off and went to run an errand got back home and realized there was an actual oil leak coming from the engine area . I took it back first thing in the morning when they opened, on my way there my car stuttered to turn off and the dashboard lights went off with a message. Olly took it in and i was told he would speak with the mechanic to make sure he didnt miss nothing. Got another diagnosis and now my vacuum pump needed to be replaced when my car never had a leak in the first place, mechanic refused fault and wanted to charge $1200+to fix his mistake. Decided i will not be paying this and picked up the car 11/05 after speaking with manager they brought it down to $150 to do a half job… at that point i did not trust this dealership with my car no more after my original problem wasnt really fixed only made worse. Left unsatisfied and with another car problem to fix myself
