Would make this 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience!!
Flew from Ohio to look at a car. Went to the wrong dealership, which was my fault. The manager at the dealership was trying to push me on a different car than the one I wanted, hard selling me on one that didn't have ANY of the features of the one I was trying to see. Once he realized I was not interested in buying a car from his store, he dropped my like a hot potato.
Made it to the correct dealership, and looked at the one I came to see. Nice vehicle. Drove it and was happy with it. Got back to the dealership and noticed a smell, salesman told me it was probably nothing. I asked him how long they had the vehicle, and she said they had just taken it in the Friday before. Disappeared into the managers office to get the carfax. I looked through it and it showed they had it for over 2 months.
I flew back home and mulled it over, then reached out to the salesman to make an offer. He said he would get back to me, and about an hour later, told me the car was sold.
Fast forward to today, a different sales person called me and asked if I was interested in the car. I asked if it was still available, and he said he was looking at it out of the window of his office that very second.
I am very disappointed in the tactics and utter dishonesty of almost everyone I dealt with in the entire company. Absolutely disgusted with the entire experience...gross

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Chevy dealership’s service department. My vehicle’s transmission malfunctioned while still under warranty, causing the rear end to lock up and result in a sudden, hard brake — a very dangerous situation.
Despite the severity of the issue and the fact that it was covered under warranty, it took four months for my vehicle to be repaired. During this time, I was explicitly told by GM that my transmission would be replaced. However, when I finally picked up my vehicle, the service manager informed me that they had only rebuilt a defective part, not replaced the transmission as promised.
I was clearly misled and not given the service that I was guaranteed under my warranty. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and excessive delay made this a stressful and unacceptable experience. I expected far better from a Chevy dealership and from a warranty-backed repair. I would not recommend this service department to anyone expecting honesty or timely repairs.

You know . Everyone i talked to that I know informed me of how difficult it is to get a dealership to work with you when you have your own financing. I say what the heck, it can’t be that bad. I drive an hour to this dealership because I loved the Silverado trail boss they have there . I see it in person and love it even more. That being said, they print off the numbers and I’m like, “ok that’s fine but I have my own financing”. As soon as i say this everything changes and they do everything in their power to stop me from purchasing the truck. They even go so far to say it may be over what my bank can approve and I tell the guy they will cover up to 125% of the loan. The guy comes back and says we’re at 127%. Then he asks if I have anything down. I leave and message the dealer the next day and can’t get a response at all. I never thought dealerships were this shady that they’d rather not sell a truck at all over using your banks financing. Please do not waste your time here unless you want to finance with them

I don’t usually leave negative reviews for places but I feel like I needed to for this dealership. We purchased a certified preowned 2018 suburban back in April 2025. We took it in a few months later to get an oil change and we were told that the truck needed all of these flushes done including a transmission flush and that we needed to do it to prevent further damages in the engine. We trusted the dealership and paid the $1800. Within 3 months we had to get the transmission rebuilt so another $4000 dollars spent. Not to mention the vehicle turned off on the middle of the highway during rush hour with my kids inside. When I contacted the dealership and told them what happened they didn’t want to take any accountability. I understand it’s a used vehicle but the damages to the transmission were fully caused by the flush done by young Chevrolet dealership. Every person that we had contact with at the dealership wants to take no accountability for their actions. This includes the person who sold us the vehicle, Pedro, the advisor Danny, Brad the manger and the service manager. We are hard working parents that trusted this dealership. The lack of true mechanic knowledge put my family in danger while driving the vehicle y’all sold and serviced . Their lack of accountability has placed us in a hole of bills to get the vehicle fixed.
