They always priovide friendly service which I appreciate, but multiple times I’ve waited >45 minutes before being spoken to, only to pull up to the bay to find they’re unable to provide the service I need that day. Recent examples being tire rotation and inspection. They felt understaffed those days. On another instance, they failed to put a part back in my vehicle after an oil change and didn’t notice until 30 minutes later, forcing me to drive back AND WAIT IN LINE AGAIN to get it reinstalled. In all instances only receiving a “sorry”, no effort put in to make amends. They either need a better way of showing what services are available or a better way of taking care of their customers before I’ll consider returning.

I come out my way and pull up at 7 to this location to get an oil change, I understand they close at 7:30, however it usually only takes about 15 mins so im like ok ill give it a shot. I pull up and the guy tells me they arent taking anote cars. Mind you no one is in the bay, it would literally take them 10-15 mins to get me in and out. I said, “I thought yall closed at 7:30” he proceeds to say yeah but we arent taking cars??? Like I understand yall are cleaning and it may be annoying that the last 30 mins of your shift you dont want to work but really?? This is the closest location to my house but I definitely will not be coming back
