It was worse before I started cleaning up. Wish it would let me upload more photos. I had asked the manager if they could clean up the mess and they only cleaned up the surface level mess. Mess was deep inside the lines. Not satisfied with the job. Wish I could get a refund. Would not come back to location.

He was an excellent employee. Years ago and customer service has definitely declined here. A short overweight Hispanic male checked me out with MUCH sarcasm. I was told by another younger Hispanic male that my synthetic oil change would be $76 + tax. Then as I check I I read a sign that states: They add and ADDITIONAL 3.5% tax if you use your card. I asked the heavy dude his response was "that's whaT you just read, right!" I said I'm simply clarifying what's there. He said, "Weren't you here in May?" Me: "I didn't bring my car for service that, but yes it was serviced in May. Then I asked if they had new management he said yes since 1 -1 1/2 ago... He said, I don't make the changes. Me: I realize you are JUST an employee and that you don't have the capability to make these changes. I simply asked you for clarity. I am a consistent customer, dates of service on top of pic. I will NOT EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK (his reponse was, "thats fine!"), nor will I refer anyone here. All companies that charge less for cash are only trying to SCAM on their taxes! Do not waste your time taking your car to this place. Poor customer service KILLS a business. Cashier 4380. ***Dissatisfied customer.
